Well, ACen is over, and I'm looking forward to some much needed down time (though it won't really come until next weekend, as I'll still have work tomorrow). I didn't do quite as well as I did last year, but I did still turn a profit, and I had a lot more business cards taken (at least 300), so there's a good chance I'll have more after con sales. I had a lot of commissions, which had me mailing pretty much non-stop the entire weekend. I got everything done though, and sold of a good majority of my stock. I'll have pictures of things done at con later, right now I'm too damn tired to go and dig out my camera.
I want to send a thank you out to everyone that stopped by my booth. Whether you bought something or just came to look at my work, I really appreciate the compliments and praise. I met some very interesting people and had some good conversations. If you stumble in from one of my cards from the convention, feel free to leave a post on here to follow up on any questions or comments, or to just say hello.
I've got some video clips that I'll be uploading to my YouTube page some time in the next few days, and now that I've got the time cleared I'll be able to get my work area set up and make more tutorial videos (that'll take some time to prepare, but I will do them eventually).
For now, I'm spending the rest of the evening I've got left to me to unwind and prep for work in the morning. And I'm not touching any pliers for a few days.
